Is a stock market course worth it?
A stock market course is worth it when it gives you a structured syllabus, supervised practice in live markets and risk-management rules you can follow. It is not worth it if it sells tips, promises returns or only offers recorded videos. The value comes from practice and feedback on your own trades, not from information alone.
Before paying for any course, check:
- Is there practice during real market hours, with a trainer reviewing trades?
- How many students are in a batch?
- Do the faculty trade, and can you meet them in a demo class?
- Does it prepare you for a recognised exam such as NISM Series VIII?
- Does it avoid profit or job guarantees?
