One of the strongest patterns that indicate a long time accumulation is cup & handle pattern. It takes time to form because process of accumulation is take usually more time than other chart pattern, but accuracy is also more high then other pattern.
One of the cup & handle pattern is about to complete on NFL(national fertilizers limited), it tried to close above the neck line and did but could not break the high of this candle.
Add it to watch list and wait for breaking the neck line and then go long for first target of 30 and then 35 on short term basis.
