Expulsion of Trading Member â Trdez Investment Private Limited
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to expulsion of Trdez Investment Private Limited by BSE vide circular no. ref. no. 20260320-34 dated March 20, 2026, the Exchange has also expelled Trdez Investment Private Limited in compliance with the requirement of Circular Ref. No. 1/26/SE/91 dated August 12, 1991, issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India with immediate effect:

Member's attention is also drawn to sub-rule 4(A) & 5 under Rule 8 of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rule, 1957 (SCRR) which provides for disqualification on persons from holding the office of a Director/Partner in a company/firm if such persons had previously held the office of the Directors/partners in any company/firm which had been a Member of the Exchange and has been declared defaulter or expelled by the stock exchange. The list of directors of the aforesaid Trading Member is enclosed as Annexure-A.
As per the Exchange records, no Authorised Persons are affiliated with the Trading Member.
All the Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to comply with the relevant applicable provisions of Chapter IV of the NSEIL Rules in respect of their transactions with the above-mentioned Trading Member. Members and investors are required to take note of the same.
